Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through the secure Stripe Billing Portal. No lock-in contracts.
Do top-up credits expire?
Top-up credits do not expire as long as your account is active. They are also only used after your monthly plan allowance is fully exhausted, so you always get the most out of your subscription first.
What is the annual discount?
Paying annually saves you 12.5% compared to paying month to month. Go is $105/year (vs $120/year monthly) and Max is $315/year (vs $360/year monthly).
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can switch between Free, Go, and Max at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price shown is what you pay. Top-up packs are optional and only purchased if you choose to. There are no surprise charges.
