We're being upfront: these are unpaid, voluntary roles for now. As Transnology grows, we're committed to compensating contributors fairly. If you're passionate about education technology and want to help shape a product from the start, this is for you.

Open roles
We're looking for driven people across a range of disciplines. Here's where we need the most help right now.
Build and improve our web interfaces. You should be comfortable with TypeScript and/or JavaScript, and ideally have experience with a modern framework (React, Astro, Vue, etc.).
Work on our APIs, database logic, and server-side functionality. TypeScript or JavaScript experience required; familiarity with Node.js, Supabase, or similar is a bonus.
If you're comfortable across the stack, even better. TypeScript and/or JavaScript are a must. Help us ship features end-to-end.
Help us craft intuitive, beautiful user experiences. You'll work closely with developers and have a direct line to decision-makers.
Help shape the learning content and educational strategy behind Acosta AI. A background in teaching, instructional design, or EdTech is a plus.
Help us reach learners and educators. Whether it's SEO, social media, copywriting, or community building — we'd love your help getting the word out.
